How to Use DLC:

• Install the VPK
• Install the Update
• Run the game and finish the tutorial.
• Close the Game.
• Extract the dlc, should look like this directory addcont_plain/PSCE00808 with the other 8 folders inside.
• Copy the folder addcont_plain and paste it on root ux0:/
• Run the game and check if the dlc are on the pirate base.
• DLC Should be showing now.
• If DLC are not yet showing.

Delete addcont_plain on root ux0:/

Then do Step 5.

Should be successful now.
